TSO is awarded to Rogerson Kratos AMLCD 5 ATI EFIS System on March 25th 2002

Rogerson Kratos 5 ATI EFIS (Electronic Flight Instruments System) was awarded TSO certification
on March 25th, 2002. This marks another major milestone in a long string of successes for the
Rogerson Kratos advanced AMLCD Display systems.

The 5 ATI EFIS series is the foundation of a family of AMLCD display products and is designed to
grow with the increasing information needs of aircraft cockpits in the digital age. Multiple options can
be tailored for an application's unique needs. The versatile 5 ATI self-contained unit is designed to be
interchangeable with most existing aircraft flight director systems, requiring no separate hardware or
aircraft wiring modifications. In addition, it was designed to interface with existing analog or digital
upgraded avionics suites with its extensive interface capability. The system upgrades an aircraft's
capabilities by offering integration with multiple aircraft situation awareness systems. Advantages of the
NEOAV EFIS series over less robust cockpit solutions include increased safety, improved human
factors, lower power, and lighter weight.

The EFIS System was first on market to utilize the AMLCD technology. It was the first to certify AMLCD
EFIS on both a narrow body and helicopter. It was the first AMLCD EFIS to certify non-precision approach.
The system has been certified on a number helicopters and aircraft from the Bell 430 / Agusta A109 Power to
a Boeing C18 aircraft with little to no hardware changes

Rogerson Kratos is currently offering self-contained AMLCD display systems in an open architecture format
that adapt to the aircraft current sensor systems to provide a highly integrated Glass Cockpit at the faction of
the cost of most competitors. Rogerson Kratos is providing upgrade packages for the replacement of
electromechanical ADI / HSI, unreliable CRT based EFIS, and new fully integrated cockpit display systems
that eliminate over hundred instruments and indicators in most conventional aircraft.
For over 40 years, Rogerson Kratos has been the world leader in aircraft instrumentation. With products on
virtually every aircraft in the Western world, Rogerson Kratos continues to be selected as original equipment
on new aircraft because of reliability and innovation.

Rogerson Kratos manufactures thousands of instruments for a variety of applications aboard most transports,
business jets and turboprop aircraft. Products provide cockpit instrumentation systems measuring all engine,
electrical and fluid parameters, aircraft position/trim and numerous system and environmental temperature levels.

Rogerson Kratos instruments stand out because of their unrivaled quality, superior reliability and service life.
If that were not enough, Rogerson Kratos repairs and maintains its own equipment through FAA/JAA-licensed
service centers in the US and Europe.
