Intheairnet Provides TV Solution for eFX Next Generation IFE System

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON (September 9, 2003) – Intheairnet is providing its AirnetTM
integrated Satellite TV Sub-System to Matsushita Avionics Systems Corporation (MAS) in an
exclusive distribution agreement for airline transport aircraft. Delivery and installation of the first
system will be for a song Aircraft in October. Intheairnet offers the AirnetTM Satellite TV
Sub-System architecture that supports not only the next generation single aisle aircraft, but will
upgrade existing overhead and seat back products as well. . (Modified as shown, The system
features a fuselage-mounted antenna with a new tracking ability that maximizes TV availability.

Intheairnet AirnetTM Satellite TV Sub-System features 24 channels of Dish TVTM programming
including all of the most popular stations for news, sports, weather, entertainment, and specialty
channels as well.

Intheairnet AirnetTM Satellite TV Sub-System consists of a high performance fuselage mounted
antenna, a next generation tracking antenna control unit that maximizes TV availability, and up to
four ADR’s that decode and distribute six channels each. This latest generation system will also be
offerable as line-fit for Airbus single aisle aircraft early next year.
